Vanishing oils

Vanishing oils:
volatile lubricants

Vanishing lubricants are forming fluids, also used less frequently for cutting, capable of coating the material with a thin lubricating film which then evaporates, thus eliminating the need for washing after processing.

Given the need for minimum residues on machined pieces, there is a limit to the quantity of additives used, so these types of lubricants excel for non excessively-complex processes.

Our range of vanishing oils can be used for multiple products suitable for the most varied forming needs, and are characterised by various vanishing times.

With a broad international scope, we operate throughout the domestic territory and globally to meet all kinds of requirements. Contact us and find out more about our products.

Features
and advantages

Vanishing oils stand out due to their unique characteristics, such as that of not leaving visible residue, eliminating the need for washing components after processing.

The main features include:

  • Evaporation with very limited residue (zero residue for some products)
  • Minimal odour
  • Non-necessary washing
  • Welding without washing
  • Long-lasting additive elements
  • Compatibility with hard metal moulds/tools
  • Excellent price-quality ratio
  • No stains on delicate materials
